Jo Malone is launching her first namesake fragrance, Jo by Jo Loves.

Malone will soon celebrate 25 years in the fragrance industry. To mark the occasion, Jo by Jo Loves represents the fragrane creator’s past, present, and future, the company states.

The fragrance ties together two of Malone’s favorite things – her signature color red via a bold glass bottle, and grapefruit, her most cherished ingredient.

“Over the last 25 years, I have created fragrances for many reasons, but this one, I created for myself,” said Malone. “Grapefruit has always been my calling card and a source of inspiration — from the first bottle I smelled in Paris over 30 years ago, to the treasured moments of building my first business and the adventures it brought with it.”

In addition to a grapefruit top note, the ‘fresh’ fragrance contains bitter orange, lime, and spearmint; with the middle notes hedione and black pepper; and base notes Guaiac wood, cedarwood, and vetiver.

About Jo Loves

Jo Malone created the brand Jo Loves in 2011 when she parted ways with Jo Malone London, the empire she built.

Jo Loves has been awarded a CBE, which stands for “Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.” It is an honor awarded to an individual by the Queen of England. The Evening Standard describes it as: “the Queen’s birthday honors list for services to the British Economy and the Great Britain campaign, which promotes British creativity and industry on the international stage.”
